Southampton-based lawyer among three strategic promotions as law firm strengthens partnership

A Southampton-based lawyer is among three new partners at national law firm Foot Anstey.

Lara Borrett-Lynch, Head of Affordable Housing, joins fellow newly promoted partners Anna Phillips and Mark Greatholder.

Taking effect from May 1, the internal promotions bring the total number of partners at the firm to 66.

Martin Hirst, Managing Partner, said: “After an exciting and rewarding year, it is my privilege to announce this round of partner promotions.

“Congratulations to Anna, Lara and Mark.

“Each of these individuals has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership within their respective practice areas and sectors.

“Their promotions recognise their hard work and alignment with the firm’s ambitious growth strategy which places emphasis on high performance, collaboration and our refreshingly human culture.

“These appointments highlight the firm’s commitment to supporting internal talent and rewarding those who are playing a key part in helping drive Foot Anstey forwards.”

Lara has over 20 years’ experience in residential development acting for housing associations, national and regional housebuilders and local authorities.

Her key area of interest is the provision of affordable housing.

Foot Anstey’s Southampton office is at the White Building in Cumberland Place.
