Eddisons boosts South Coast presence with new director appointment

Property consultancy Eddisons has promoted Richard Huffer to the newly created role of regional director for the South Coast, overseeing its offices in Fareham, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight.

Richard, a valuation expert, joined the business following its acquisition of Daniells Harrison in 2022.

The acquisition, part of the firm’s rapid expansion, added 27 employees across the South Coast.

Eddisons, which has grown through ten acquisitions since 2015—including four this year—now operates with around 500 staff across 30 UK offices.

Chris Daniells, a director at Eddisons based in Hampshire, praised Richard’s promotion: “Congratulations to Richard on his well-deserved promotion to regional director. Richard’s promotion is part of a broader initiative, with 17 promotions announced across the company nationwide this month.
