A new Basingstoke estate agency is aiming to make a name for itself in the local property sector.

Jackson Wright Property, led by Managing Director Andy Jackson, along with its sister company Landmark Development Consultants, is aiming to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all elements of the commercial and residential property development process.

The business hopes to stand out from the crowd with its ‘Property Menu’, which offers a unique fixed pricing structure.

“Traditionally the pricing structure for property agents has been based on percentages,” Andy explained.

“I have never understood why someone selling a house worth £600,000 should pay so much more than someone selling at a lesser value.

“The work is the same and the service should be the same. So why isn’t the price?

“There are too many hidden fees in the current model.

“Our Property Menu gives prospective customers total clarity on the costs involved with selling with us.

“We offer the ‘best of both worlds’ with traditional high street agents and the newer online only providers.”

Jackson Wright Property is already involved in the development and marketing of some high profile projects in Basingstoke and Deane, including the former HSBC branch in London Street where 16 apartments are now available to rent.

Andy added: “Jackson Wright pride ourselves on delivering the same great service you would expect from a local agent including managing viewings, preparing marketing materials and keeping the sales process going but at a fair price for all parties.

“With modern and dynamic approaches to marketing, we are able to reach a wide and diverse audience of potential buyers. Our development experience means we will also see opportunities to maximise the value of your home or garden if it’s there.”

“We are here to serve our clients and will ensure that every transaction is driven through to completion.”

Part of Jackson Wright Property’s business model is working with and supporting other local businesses.

Andy and his business are also keen to support local charities, with £250 of every sales commission going to St Michael’s Hospice – their charity for 2024/25.

Sarah Shearman, Head of fundraising at the Hospice said ‘We are delighted that Jackson Wright Property have chosen to support St. Michael’s Hospice in this way.

“We are seeing more patients and their families turn to us for support, pain management, and end-of-life care within our Hospice in Basingstoke and in homes across North Hampshire.

“As a charity we depend on the kindness of supporters like Jackson Wright Property to help us raise the £15,000 a day needed to keep our services running’.
