South Coast CPS Conference returns for 2024 with new Premier League venue

South Coast CPS has announced the return of its Conference for its fifth year.

The highly anticipated event, which brings together key stakeholders in the South Coast’s property sector to share insights, address pressing issues and foster investment and development, will take place on Thursday, 14th November at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton.

This will be the first time the South Coast CPS Conference will take place at St Mary’s Stadium, which offers a more central location and, the organisers hope, an enhanced experience compared to previous venues.

Attendees will enter through the players’ entrance, experience the changing rooms and walk down the tunnel as the teams do on matchdays.

Southampton FC’s recent promotion back to the Premiership adds an exciting backdrop to the conference.

With an uplift of £140 million in future earnings from broadcast revenue and prize money secured by Adam Armstrong’s 24th-minute winner at Wembley, the region is abuzz with renewed energy and optimism.

The knock effect that one goal can have the on the region’s economy will be significant.
