Full house! South Coast Commercial Property Show secures sponsor and speaker from Barratt Homes

In the run-up to the fourth South Coast Commercial Property Show in Portsmouth this November, Hampshire housebuilder Barratt Homes has been announced as sponsor.

The event will bring together key stakeholders in the property sector and help to foster development and inward investment into the region.

It’s also a chance for experts to share opportunities across the South Coast with like-minded businesses across a range of talks and panels.

Barratt Homes sees the show as a way to give back to the local community, with Managing Director James Dunne lined up as one of the many speakers on the day.

He said: “Although a lot of us working in the South Coast property market are competitors, we’re also competing on a global stage, and it’s important for us all to be aware of what’s going on in the region.

“There are some great things happening when it comes to development and innovation in the area, and the more we can talk about these and learn from each other, the better.”

Barratt will sponsor the panels alongside civil engineering contractor Gracelands, with The Business Magazine acting as media partner.

Event Director Lucy Richmond added: “We’re delighted to have Barratt on board.

“It will be great to have the housebuilder’s key insight on the South Coast residential market, and to hear from James as to how it is navigating demand, supply and affordability challenges.”

The South Coast Commercial Property Show will run from 9am to 5pm on Thursday 2nd November at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
