Lakeside North Harbour, a premier business campus in Portsmouth, has secured a new lettings agreement with Radweb, a global leader in property inspection software.

Radweb’s move to Lakeside marks a significant step in its ongoing growth and local engagement.

Established in 2007, the business has grown from humble beginnings to become a key player in property inspection solutions.

Its flagship product, InventoryBase, launched in 2012, transformed the way property inspections are managed.

This innovation supported its expansion into international markets under the Property Inspect brand, attracting over 2,500 clients across 50 countries, including industry giants like Airbnb and JLL.

The move to a 2,300 sq ft office at Lakeside enables Radweb to strengthen its connection with Portsmouth University.

Co-founders Steve Rad and James Taylor, both alumni, have maintained strong ties with the university by offering internships and placements to students.

Over 80 per cent of these interns secure full-time positions after graduation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to local talent.

James said: “Lakeside is the perfect location for us. Being close to Portsmouth University makes it easier to recruit local students, and the excellent transport links benefit our employees. This new space supports our plans for growth and provides the flexibility we need.”

Simon Bateman, Asset Manager at Lakeside North Harbour, commented: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Radweb to our campus. Their dedication to the local community and innovation aligns with our mission at Lakeside to empower businesses and future leaders.”
