Family-run Hudsons Solicitors merges with Biscoes, bringing them up to seven offices across Hants

Biscoes have acquired family law firm Hudsons Solicitors, set up in 2011 by siblings Jonathan and Mary Hudson.

For more than a decade the Hudsons have been providing professional advice with a focus on inheritance protection to local people from their office in Fareham.

Now, that location joins six other offices run by Biscoes across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Alison Lee, MD of Biscoes, said: “We’re delighted to be able to add the expertise of the Hudsons team to our inheritance protection team and offer all of Biscoes’ legal services in other areas to the present and former clients of Hudsons Solicitors.

“We’ll continue to operate from the office in Fareham but will now be offering a full range of legal services to any clients who want to see one of our experts there.”

This deal marks the fourth acquisition for Biscoes in the past six years, following mergers with Isle of Wight practices Gurney Champion & Co and Heyes Samuel in 2018 and Wheelers Solicitors in 2021.
