Siobhan Thomas has joined law firm Hugh James’ Southampton office as Partner in its Serious Injury team.
She brings a wealth of expertise to her new role with over 30 years’ experience in personal injury law,
Over the last decade her career has focused on representing clients who have suffered catastrophic or life changing injuries.
She has specialist litigation experience in cases issued in the High Court including both adult and child brain injury trauma, with complex liability issues.
Cari Sowden-Taylor, Joint Head of the Serious Injury team, described Siobhan as “a great addition” adding: “Siobhan’s excellent client care and experience in handling complex litigation, as well as the team who will be joining her shortly, enables Hugh James to expand its support to communities affected by major trauma.”
Siobhan said: “I’m delighted to join Hugh James and contribute to the expanding team in Southampton.
“Whilst I was sorry to leave my previous firm after nearly 32 years, when the opportunity arose to join Hugh James, I knew without hesitation that this would result in a great career move.”
Hugh James is a top 100 UK law firm, employing more than 700 staff.
Based in Cardiff it has offices in London, Manchester and Plymouth as well as Southampton.
