A recently converted drive-thru Starbucks on the northbound Liphook bypass is up for sale at a guide price of £1.4 million.

Eddisons logoThe single-storey 2,700 sq ft property lies on a 0.6-acre site just off the A3 and includes 20 parking spaces, with potential for four EV charging points.

It’s being marketed by Nick Holtby, agency surveyor at Eddisons’ Fareham offices.

“The Liphook store is let to 23.5 Degrees, Starbucks’ first UK franchise business, which now has 100 stores nationally”, he said.

“The fact that there’s also the potential to add an extra unit, parking and further EV charging – subject to planning consent – makes this property even more attractive as an investment.”
