Experienced commercial property lawyer Nicola Sutton has joined national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP as a partner in its Southampton office.
She has a broad spectrum of experience in commercial and residential development, advising housebuilders or those looking to sell development land.
Her landlord and tenant experience includes acting for both investors and tenants in both the office and industrial markets.
Nicola joins Clarke Willmott from Foot Anstey in Southampton, where she was a legal director.
She has also been a partner at Lester Aldridge.
As well as Southampton, Clarke Willmott also has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester and Taunton.
