New hire Natasha hails ‘great ethos and attitude’ of automotive group as she’s made Head of People

Hendy Group has a new Head of People in Natasha Mead.

Natasha joins the family-run automotive business from B&Q, where she built up 12 years of experience working on the people team.

The new position will see her supporting line managers and senior leaders, helping to develop the firm’s talent as it continues to grow.

Natasha said: “Hendy Group has a great ethos and attitude to people development and I’m really looking forward to my role.

“It’s great being part of a company which is committed to providing long term careers for people, and the number of long-serving colleagues is testament to the importance the company places on colleague development.”

Natasha takes over from Clare Hendy, who becomes Project Lead for the group’s HR Information System.

She’ll be overseen by Sarah Martyn, Director of People and Organisational Development.

Sarah added: “Her wealth of experience working in a large customer-facing company means Natasha is well-placed to be an integral part of the senior leadership team.

“She’s quickly become an important part of the business.”
