It will also allow the FA to continue running football sessions for refugees at their Winklebury Football Complex.

The deal runs for the next season and will see Hampshire FA developing a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy to deliver greater social value.

Neil CassarNeil Cassar, CEO of Hampshire FA, said: “With a prominent brand in our county and the only major theme park in Hampshire backing our many CSR activities, this really does inject a much-needed boost in support for the new season and for our new CSR strategy.

“All investment from this partnership will support the objectives set out in the strategy to try and help as many communities as possible.

“We welcome Paultons Park and wish that this is the start of a long-term partnership beyond the current term.”

That new approach will focus on the FA’s charitable giving and community support, as well as strengthening their commitment to the environment – both at their Hub Sites and across Hampshire.

James ManceyJames Mancey, Operations Director at Paultons Park, added: “The Paultons Promise outlines our commitment to operating responsibly and fairly across everything we do, and this includes our role in the community.

“Hampshire FA share many of the same values we live by at Paultons Park, and we’re delighted to be able to support and collaborate on a brand-new strategy that will further enhance the great work the FA team already deliver in Hampshire.”
