Southampton’s Carswell Gould have welcomed two new marketing specialists to help support their local, national and international clients.
Nathan Crowe is set to develop visual solutions and animations in his new role as graphic designer, drawing upon a degree from De Montfort University and a four-year career thus far in design.
“Everyone has been very welcoming”, said Nathan.
“I’m learning more about each of our clients and their brands, goals and campaigns to identify where my skillset lies to support them.
“I also enjoyed finding out about Carswell Gould’s backstory, the history behind the agency, where it started and where it wants to go.
“I very much look forward to being part of the team.”
He joins the agency alongside account executive Eve Su, whose marketing career has taken her across several top firms in Southeast Asia, as well as CANAL+ International and BBC Media Action.
Eve picked up a marketing management degree in Singapore before earning her master’s in marketing communications at the University of West of England in Bristol.
“Along with my years of marketing experience, I also bring adaptability, quick learning, and a positive outlook”, said Eve.
“Joining Carswell Gould is an awesome opportunity to leverage my skills in a dynamic space where every team member can thrive and make meaningful contributions.
“From day one, I realised the projects are cool, the atmosphere is a perfect mix of vibrant and chill, and my colleagues are warm, welcoming, and friendly.
“It’s a pretty great place to be.”
MD Gareth Miller added: “We’re thrilled to expand our brilliant team of marketing specialists and have already benefited from the work that Eve and Nathan have produced.
“Carswell Gould continues to thrive in its 30th year and we’re moving forward with exciting and ambitious expansion plans.
“We’re looking forward to working with new regional, national and global clients with the support of Eve and Nathan’s creative marketing skills.”
