The chosen charity for this year’s South Coast Property Awards was once again Hannah’s Holiday Home Appeal, with the event raising a whopping £19,043 for the charity.

Hannah’s Appeal honours the late and much-loved Hannah Westbrook, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease at the age of 8 and sadly passed away two years later in September 2004.

Throughout her battle with cancer, Hannah joined her family and friends in raising funds for the Piam Brown Ward at Southampton General Hospital.

Pam Westbrook continues her daughter’s legacy to this day by supporting children’s oncology wards and providing memorable experiences for young people and their families.

The appeal runs three luxury homes in the New Forest and Hayling Island filled with toys and games consoles, with guests also getting access to the club house, swimming pools, and arcade.

They already have 140 excited families booked in for this year.

Pam said: “It was a wonderful evening, and everyone looked stunning. The awards were all very well deserved too.

“We were totally blown away with the amount raised and I really was speechless, which doesn’t happen very often.

“The funds from donations and the silent auction will put huge smiles on lots of little faces.

“It will sponsor over 40 families. Each one will be reunited and have some fun, quality time together making new, happier memories.

“Any words I choose really will not express strongly enough our thanks and gratitude.”
