Dutton Gregory Solicitors has appointed Sarah Sams as its Head of Residential Property.
Sarah, who was previously a Partner at the firm, has more than 20 years’ experience in residential conveying.
She has a specialist knowledge in shared ownership, having advised some of the largest affordable housing providers in the UK, as well as acting for leaseholders and buyers.
Sarah will be charged with overseeing the 50-strong residential property department, which has been helping people buy and sell property for more than 75 years.

“In the past year we have undertaken a merger to work with highly experienced property professionals in Surrey and opened an office in the heart of Liverpool to serve and develop our client base in the north.
“Dutton Gregory has a strong focus on the customer journey and making clients’ lives easier through the use of technology such as digital conveyancing and fully embracing advances in AI where appropriate to do so.”
