‘We love our people!’ Lewis Brownlee’s Whiteley team picks up health & wellbeing excellence award

Andrea Todorov, who heads up the Whiteley office of accountancy firm Lewis Brownlee, saw her efforts promoting health and wellbeing across the company rewarded last Friday night.

Lewis BrownleeThe team came home with the Chichester Chamber of Commerce ‘Chichester and Bognor Business Award’.

Lewis Brownlee runs quarterly, company-wide ‘Quest sessions’, weaving the core values of Quality, Enthusiasm, Smart Working, and Teamwork into various activities to boost staff wellbeing and promote positive mental health.

“We put our staff at the heart of everything we do to ensure the high-quality service synonymous with the Lewis Brownlee brand”, said Andrea.

“We love numbers, and we love our people too!”

With established locations in Chichester and Midhurst, West Sussex, Lewis Brownlee’s Whiteley office is the newest of the bunch.

Andrea added: “As specialists in business advisory, audit, tax, and cloud accountancy, it’s important we distinguish ourselves by being more than passive bystanders in our clients’ success.

“We need to be active partners in it – and our staff are an integral part of how we make that happen.
