VIVID picks up 378 properties across the South from L&Q to expand affordable homes portfolio

Portsmouth housebuilder VIVID has acquired 378 properties from housing association L&Q, with a further 30 to complete shortly.

VIVID logoThe new properties – the vast majority of which are homes – are located mainly in Basingstoke, with some in Wiltshire, Test Valley and Berkshire.

They’ll be integrated into VIVID’s existing portfolio.

“This acquisition supports our vision and commitment to growing the provision of safe and affordable housing in our region,” said Tom Robinson, executive director of assets and sustainability at VIVID.

“We look forward to working with our new customers and continuing to build vibrant, sustainable communities.”

VIVID recently brought on Ian Playford, with board experience in retail, private equity and government, as a non-executive director.
