ViewHR welcomes employment law veteran and Legal 500 regular Paul Burton to the team

Ringwood’s ViewHR have announced the appointment of Employment Law Solicitor Paul Burton, who joins the business from a prominent regional law firm.

With 20 years’ experience behind him, Paul has made regular appearances as guest speaker at HR events and delivered lectures for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

He also runs regular training sessions covering a variety of topics in the world of HR, from performance management to effectively addressing sickness absence.

“I’m really looking forward to working with leading HR professionals to provide an excellent service to clients and expand our employment law offering to businesses.

Paul specialises in a range of matters from unfair dismissal and whistleblowing to disability discrimination, TUPE regulations, settlement agreements, and crafting contracts and policies.

It’s earned him consistent acclaim in the Legal 500 and he’s also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

His arrival has been hailed by ViewHR Founder and Director Gemma Murphy as an exciting chapter in the firm’s journey.
