Havant’s Chapman Capital has merged with SocialGram and SpeakOnPodcasts to form TL;DR, a new marketing and investment group focused on scaling consumer brands.

The group blends expertise in e-commerce, content creation, social media, podcasting, and strategic investment.

With Chapman Capital’s financial backing, TL;DR is set to help consumer brands grow, combining marketing and investment strategies to boost their presence across various platforms.

TL;DR’s business approach is built around four pillars:

  • Omnichannel distribution: Helping brands expand across e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and physical retail outlets.
  • Creative content at scale: Based in Plymouth, the group’s creative studio produces high-quality content rapidly, from initial concept to final edits, all in-house.
  • Brand building and customer experience: TL;DR helps brands engage meaningfully with customers, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic investment: Chapman Capital provides the financial support needed to enter new markets and drive product innovation.

Elliot Chapman, Group CEO, said: “We’ve brought together the strengths of three companies to create a powerhouse for consumer brands. TL;DR combines the expertise of e-commerce, content creation, and investment, allowing us to provide a holistic solution for brands looking to scale and make an impact.”

Group Chief Brand Officer, Jamie Sharp, added: “At TL;DR, we understand that scaling a consumer brand isn’t just about short-term wins, it’s about building something lasting. Our creative and strategic approach is designed to do just that.”
