What is your favourite TV show?
At present it’s Married at First Sight (a guilty pleasure!)
Who would you like to share a car with?
James Corden so we can do carpool karaoke and talk about West Ham

When you achieve a placement, whereby both candidate and client are equally excited

When a placement falls through at the last minute for any reason

The New Forest
What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?
Work for yourself instead

My kids bickering in the back of the car whilst I’m driving

What qualities do you look for in a new employee?
Enthusiasm, positivity, and drive

Roast dinner with all the trimmings
What three things would you take to a desert island?
My wife and 2 kids
What’s the best thing about living/working in Hampshire?
The close proximity to both the New Forest and nice beaches
If you were Prime Minister for a day, what’s the first thing you’d do?
Spend less money on things like submarines and more money on the NHS
What’s your biggest frustration?
Traffic jams
Where’s your favourite holiday location?
The Maldives (only been there once on my honeymoon but would love to go back).
Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?
Ideally retired early and living abroad somewhere nice
What would you like to be remembered for?
Being selfless and always putting others before myself… plus being a great husband and dad who is friendly, genuine, kind and caring.
