In just over 5 weeks, the South Coast Commercial Property Show is set to open its doors at Action Stations, promising an enlightening and networking-packed event sharing the latest insights into the ever-evolving world of property.
An exciting addition to this year’s event is the inclusion of John Beresford, MD of Buckland Development, who will join the Residential Panel discussing the South Coast Residential Market: Navigating Demand, Supply, and Affordability Challenges.
Also new for 2023 are the climbing wall and Laser Quest, sponsored by building services firm FORTH.
FORTH supports a diverse property portfolio, including the maintenance of royal residences, preservation of ancient buildings and development of cutting-edge spaces – with clients including the University of Winchester, Salisbury Cathedral and several NHS Trusts.
Tickets are priced at £55 and open to industry professionals as well as anyone interested in the future of property on the South Coast.
Event Director Lucy Richmond is eagerly anticipating the event, saying: “We’re thrilled to introduce a new venue and a fresh format, which brings both excitement and a touch of nervous anticipation!
“Ticket sales have already surpassed last year’s numbers, highlighting the growing interest in our event.
“We’re delighted to welcome new sponsors on board, including FORTH, RSK Geosciences, Barratts, and Gracelands.
“There’s just one sponsorship opportunity remaining, along with a few exhibition stands for companies eager to participate.”
