Adams Morey, a DAF Trucks dealership, has partnered with TOTM to stock sustainable, chemical free menstrual care products at their offices.
The scheme is set to be introduced at the firm’s Southampton HQ and will be rolled out to their eight other locations by the end of the year.
Rachel Byers, Head of People and Culture at Adams Morey, said: “With a focus on sustainability and wellbeing, the initiative aligns with our core values and supports TOTM’s mission of minimising period-related anxiety in professional environments.”
TOTM’s own research has found that 80 per cent of women and individuals with periods worry about managing menstruation at work, with 64 per cent finding it uncomfortable to bring up the subject in the workplace.
Rachel added: “Through this collaboration, we aim to remove one of the barriers to a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
“TOTM’s Period Positive Workplace Scheme also offers employees a discount towards the purchase of their products, meaning we can support our colleagues in the workplace and at home.
“Together we hope our initiative can break down period stigma, champion period dignity and will inspire similar commitments from other businesses within the sector.”
