Southampton architects Boyle & Summers have secured outline planning consent for Newell Green in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The project, which forms part of the wider masterplan for Bracknell’s northern extension, comprises 150 dwellings, ranging from detached four- and five-bedroom houses to small apartments.
Boyle & Summers said it “tackled complex challenges” on the road to approval, including sensitive woodland, highway infrastructure, drainage and listed buildings.
Reserved matters approval is targeted for 2025.
The firm also worked with Wiltshire’s Aster Group recently on the redevelopment of Testway House in Andover, with 39 dwellings.
