Savills has announced the launch of its new Knights Quarter development in Winchester, built by Berkeley Group.

Starting from £1,550,000, the luxury four- and five-bedroom townhouses are now available to buy and ready to move into this spring.
The development features a gym for residents, as well as landscaped gardens and an onsite concierge service.
A five-bedroom show home designed by Nick Auston is also open for viewings between 10am and 5pm, with visitors required to book in advance.
