Savills has welcomed two new recruits to its South Coast development team in Southampton.

Savills logoDaniel Hyams joins from Knight Frank, where he started his career in property as an apprentice in 2015.

Though he grew up on the South Coast, Daniel most recently worked as a senior surveyor in the firm’s central London valuation team.

He also holds a degree in real estate management from Kingston University and is a member of the RICS.

“Joining Savills is an exciting new chapter in my career, as I get to immerse myself in a new market,” said Daniel.

“I look forward to not only applying my existing skills but also expanding my knowledge of the local property landscape and engaging with clients.”

Savills has also welcomed apprentice Ed Jarman, who recently moved to Southampton.

Ed took A-levels in maths, physics and business studies, and begins his career in the property industry having previously worked as a landscape gardener in Bournemouth.

Meanwhile on the team, Zara Chamberlain has passed her APC qualification and is now a chartered surveyor.

Colin Wilkins, who heads up Savills’ South Coast development team, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome both Daniel and Ed to the team and to congratulate Zara on her success.”
