A family-run recruitment agency is celebrating an “extraordinary” 18 months which culminated in its founder winning a national award.
Jodie Rafferty, of Rafferty Resourcing, was named ‘Permanent Recruiter of the Year’.

The accolade came at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s 14th annual REC Awards 2023.
Additionally, Jodie received a highly commended’ for ‘Business Leader of the Year’ (turnover up to £5m) and was a finalist in the ‘Best Candidate Experience’.
Recruitment Coordinator Ellie Lofting was also a finalist for ‘Best Newcomer in Permanent Recruitment.’
The awards were held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London with 50 individual and 77 company entries shortlisted across 19 categories.
A week before the REC Awards, Jodie won silver in the ‘Influential Business Woman of the Year’ category at the National Business Women’s Awards at the Hilton, Wembley.
Jodie said: “The last 18 months have been nothing short of extraordinary for Rafferty Resourcing.
“We’ve overcome challenges, pushed ourselves to new heights and accomplished more than we ever imagined possible.
“And now, we’ve received industry recognition for our hard work and dedication.”
Rafferty Resourcing was founded in 2015.
It specialises in identifying talent for head office roles and the audio-visual industry, connecting prime candidates to their perfect employer.
