Swanmore Business Park, located just outside Bishop’s Waltham and 10 miles from Southampton, is now up for sale at a guide price of £4.5 million.

The sale is managed by property agent Eddisons incorporating Daniells Harrison.

Spanning three acres, the site currently brings in an annual rental income of £430,500, with the potential for a further £36,000 a year following the completion of two new units.

It comprises industrial and workshop units, open storage land and 130 self-storage containers, while planning consent has also been granted for the development of additional units.
