Hazeley Group, the firm behind Hazeley Enterprise Park in Twyford, has chosen The Kitchen @ to operate its new cafe and events space, expected to open in early Summer 2026.
Planning consent for The Hub was granted last spring, paving the way for demolition works in preparation for construction to begin in the summer.
This full redevelopment of the park – home to the likes of Jude’s Ice Cream and Cyclife Aquila Nuclear – will bring an additional 9,800 sq m of floor space to meet growing demand from businesses in the region.
The flexible new venue is intended to accommodate dining, meetings and corporate or community events.
Nikki Bream, managing director of Hazeley Group, said: “I’m delighted that we’re collaborating with Ben Shaughnessy and his team at The Kitchen @.
“After talking to a wide range of catering businesses who were interested in our new space here at the park, we were so impressed with Ben’s enthusiasm for the opportunity and all that it will be able to offer the tenants, the community and the wider corporate hospitality market.
“With floor space within the park increasing, the provision of a cafe that will also incorporate a sizeable meeting/event space has been received extremely positively by both current and potential tenants as well as the wider community, who are keen to support an events and hospitality venue in such a beautiful setting.”
Alongside the new venue, The Kitchen @ is also looking to take a unit at the park where the business can centralise its operations and explore other opportunities.
Owner Ben Shaughnessy added: “This is an incredible opportunity for The Kitchen @ to expand in a unique and inspiring location.
“Hazeley Enterprise Park provides an ideal base for our cafe and events space, and we’re equally excited about the prospect of leasing an industrial unit to streamline our wider group operations.
“We look forward to becoming an integral part of this thriving business community and creating a space that serves the needs of tenants, local residents and visitors.”
