Property consultancy Eddisons have made their latest senior appointment in chartered surveyor Nick Holtby.
Nick brings over a decade of local experience in property agency and valuation, including a recent stint at Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell.
His new role has him working across Eddisons’ Fareham, Bournemouth and Isle of Wight bases – previously operating under the Daniells Harrison brand until their acquisition in early 2022.
“I’m excited to be joining Eddisons, a national firm that is going from strength to strength”, said Nick.
“The regional market is in robust shape at the moment, with the ports of Southampton and Portsmouth fuelling demand and growth in the warehouse and logistics sector.
“We’re also seeing a good flow of instructions across retail, office and land sales.
“I’m looking forward to growing Eddisons’ agency offering across the South Coast and providing an outstanding agency service to the firm’s new and existing clients.”
Headquartered in Leeds, the firm employs more than 400 staff across a network of 34 offices – but the focus for growth now is in and around Hampshire.
