New regional lead Chris joins Vail Williams’ South Coast operation alongside Charlotte & Abin

Property consultancy Vail Williams has appointed three new staff to its South Coast region.

Chartered building surveyor Chris Davies rejoins as a partner at the firm, where he worked between 2019 and 2023.

Chris DaviesHe was previously with construction consultancy Mace.

Chris now steps up as regional lead, responsible for building and project consultancy across Vail Williams’ three South Coast offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth.

His specialisms include industrial and logistics, education and residential development and project monitoring.

Abin JohnSouthampton-based Abin John is a planning technician, covering planning and development and with a specialism in residential planning and master planning.

He joins Vail Williams from the Banks Group, a developer headquartered in County Durham.

Charlotte Sabano is LPA support, assisting clients with managing properties under receivership and financial recovery.

Charlotte SabanoPreviously a housing officer with housing association A2 Dominion, Charlotte is also based at Vail Williams’ Southampton office at Savannah House in Ocean Village.

Vail Williams employs 175 people across its 12 offices in Oxford, Birmingham, Crawley, Brighton, Woking, Heathrow, Leeds, London, Portsmouth, Reading, Southampton and Bournemouth.
