Southampton’s Lester Aldridge has taken on four trainee solicitors as they begin the first of four six-month seats working across the firm’s three offices.
Nikhita Lakhani, Daniel Blair, Megan Martin and Alice Robertson are all returning to start their training contracts, having each worked with Lester Aldridge at some point already.
Daniel joined the firm in July 2019 as a Legal Assistant and was inspired to apply for a training contract.
He said: “The attraction of LA was the reputation and size of the firm. I enjoy working for LA and the idea of qualifying into the firm.

“A huge attraction to LA was also the growth I have witnessed personally and also those in the team around me. I have enjoyed my route so far and hope to continue to progress following qualification.”
Lester Aldridge’s core practice areas include real estate, litigation and recoveries, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial services, and private clients, with the four recruits set to gain experience in many of these fields over the course of their contracts.
Partner Kate Stewart added: “I am delighted to congratulate our four new trainee solicitors on their new roles as they embark on their journey towards becoming a solicitor.
“At LA we see our trainees as our future partners and we look forward to supporting them as their careers progress with us.”
