Jonny’s ‘delighted to be back where it all began’ at Savills after 12 years away building his career

Having launched his career with Savills as a graduate back in 2006, Jonny Kiddle is making his return to the firm as he joins the South Coast Development Team in Southampton.

Jonny spent his first five years with Savills, qualifying with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008.

He then moved on to Linkcity, followed by Grainger plc, and finally Osborne, where he served most recently as Senior Development Manager.

“I’m delighted to be back at Savills in Southampton, where it all began for me 17 years ago”, said Jonny.

“I’m looking forward to putting 12 years of client-side experience in build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, mixed use and regeneration to good use.”

His return has been welcomed by Colin Wilkins, head of Savills’ South Coast Development Team.

“It’s a real coup to have Jonny back in the team”, added Colin.

“The mainstream rental sectors are now establishing themselves in the regional cities and towns along the South Coast, and landowners are keen to understand this market in order to invest successfully.

“Jonny has a comprehensive knowledge honed from working in the sector, on which our clients can now draw.

“This includes greenfield low-rise single-family investment, alongside the more familiar urban regeneration for purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent models.”
