The Farnborough teams of Howden Insurance have moved into space at Farnborough Business Park, complementing the group’s nearby operations in Fleet and Camberley.

Their move makes room for more staff to expand Howden’s local insurance offering for businesses, high-value homes, private client assets and classic motors.

“We have a longstanding presence in Farnborough,” said Alistair Matthews, regional director for corporate and commercial at Howden.

“Our move to Farnborough Business Park means we can offer a broader range of insurance solutions for our clients and maximise growth opportunities while also providing our teams with an impressive office environment and range of amenities.”

Farnborough Business Park is owned and managed by Frasers Property UK, comprising 14 commercial buildings across 46.5 hectares.

Christina Cosgrove, senior asset manager at Frasers Property, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Howden Insurance, a renowned household name, to Farnborough Business Park.

“Howden’s commitment to making a positive impact on the planet and its ‘people first’ approach – focused on ensuring its team feels happy, fulfilled, and empowered – align perfectly with our mission to create a sustainable and uplifting environment for all our occupiers.

“This shared vision makes their move a perfect fit, and we look forward to building our partnership with Howden to create a space where the team can work, grow and thrive.”
