The Southampton offices of real estate services firm CBRE has announced a raft of mid-year senior promotions.
Amanda Hook, Alex Davies, and Stuart Hill have each risen to the position of Director, while Ghassan Al-Hourani has been made Associate Director.
After joining CBRE’s Valuation Department in 2013, Amanda came to manage the company’s fund valuation mandate across Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Dorset, working with high street banks and mainstream lenders across the South Central region.
Alex relocated to Southampton two years ago, having previously worked in London, Paris, and Amsterdam with JLL. Since then he’s been involved in some key CBRE acquisitions, including The Sir James Matthews Building in Southampton.
Also newly promoted at the firm are Stuart, who joined the project management team last year, and fellow team member Ghassan, who completed his master’s degree in 2019 and became a certified surveyor the following year.
Meanwhile, Lilli Jackson and Abbey Waitt have both passed their Assessment of Professional Competence exams to qualify as RICS surveyors, with Abbey also recognised as a Registered Valuer.
James Brounger, Head of CBRE Southampton, said: “This year’s promotions and APC passes are a testament to the great talent and hard work of the team, and see a strengthening of the Southampton office.
“All are valued members of CBRE, and these promotions are in recognition of their contribution, reflecting our continued investment across all our service lines.
“We are committed to recognising and rewarding our employees by helping them grow within the business and encouraging them to realise their full potential.”
