Louise will oversee the development and implementation of all strategic and tactical marketing activity at a central and dealership level.
She joined Hendy Group in 2022 as marketing manager, bringing over 15 years’ experience in strategic marketing roles.
Reporting to Mark Busby, director of commercial operations, she’ll help the group build positive brand awareness, boost engagement with current and prospective customers, and ensure all communications are aligned with Hendy’s vision and values.
Mark said: “Louise has made a significant contribution as marketing manager and is now even better placed to demonstrate her strategic leadership capabilities and technical marketing expertise.
“Her creative and commercial instincts will help us identify and develop new revenue streams and build strong operational foundations from which the business can scale.”
Louise added: “I’ve loved my time at Hendy so far and I’m honoured to step into this role.
“Our commitment to excellence and innovation lies at the heart of everything we do.
“I look forward to driving the group’s vision, strengthening our brand partnerships and implementing strategic initiatives to connect with our customers more effectively, both digitally and in our showrooms to enhance the overall experience.”
