With sustainability now at the forefront of many business minds, Hampshire Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a session this June for businesses of all sizes and sectors thinking about their footprint.

Held at the Cavendish Works in Winchester, the upcoming event is entitled ‘Sustainability, Strategy, and Supply Chain – Helping SMEs realise a low carbon future’.

Guests will have the opportunity to network and discuss how sustainable and ESG practices can be incorporated into their everyday business dealings, projects, and investments.

Jim Lescop of DecarbonEaser is kicking off the morning with an interactive workshop from Climate Fresk, which uses cards to teach the science behind climate change and empower audiences to take action.

This will be followed by local business spotlights from Yellow Interiors, who will share how they are demystifying sustainability in supply chains with their Furniture Framework and Best Practice Database, as well as from finance specialists Catax, who will detail the R&D and Innovation Tax Relief funding available to businesses.

They are set to be joined by other Hampshire employers who are also making positive, profitable steps towards a greener future.

Hampshire Chamber is partnering with Omega RE and CBRE to deliver the event, the latest entry in its new series ‘6S for Success’ focusing on the six core development areas of Security, Social, Strategy, Sustainability, Skills, and Sales.

The session runs from 8am to 10am on Wednesday 7 June. More details are available here.
