The George & Horn, a 17th-century pub in Kingsclere, is under new ownership.
Situated on Basingstoke Road between Basingstoke and Newbury, the venue comprises a bar and restaurant, 10 ensuite letting bedrooms and a one-bedroom owners’ apartment.
It typically attracts good local trade, as well as visitors exploring the nearby Downs or travelling to Newbury Racecourse.
The vendor said: “We’re delighted to have found a buyer who appreciates the unique charm and potential of The George & Horn.
“We’re confident they’ll continue to build on the pub’s success and serve the local community well.”
New owners Uncles G&H added: “We’re excited to take over The George & Horn and look forward to bringing our vision to life.
