Goadsby has secured a new tenant for a unit at South Hampshire Industrial Park – just 10 weeks after the departure of the previous occupants.

The two-and-a-half-month window saw a new roof added to Unit 37, while contractors were brought in for remediate dilapidations.

Meanwhile, Goadsby’s agency team agreed a new lease with modular construction firm Go Modular at a rent of £110,000 per annum exclusive (pax).

Allan Pickering, divisional director at Goadsby, said: “It’s always a pleasure to have success stories like this for valued clients – especially when our team have also managed the client’s portfolio for a long time.

“With competing availability in the area, we had to work hard to differentiate marketing and tailor our offering for the new tenant.

“The security of a new roof and dilapidations works completed quickly and efficiently helped drive the deal through.

“Another great result.”
