Fareham-based telecommunications company Surecomms has rebranded to Kynex, launching a new website in the process.

The branding refresh, led by marketing agency Trinity Create, follows a comprehensive analysis of the firm’s business objectives, target audience and market competition, with this laying the ground work for the new brand identity.

Kynex provides communications solutions including business mobiles, broadband and phone systems, with its new website now showcasing its full range of service on offer and providing digital platform for customers to engage with the company.

Alongside the rebrand, Kynex has implemented a new social media strategy which sees the company sharing industry insights, product updates, customer success stories and interactive posts with the aim of boosting engagement by fostering a sense of community.

Kynex has also chosen a CRM system, Zoho CRM to automate processes, offer data-driven insights and enable personalised experiences for customers.

“The core of Kynex lies in our ability to deliver a complete communications package tailored to the specific needs of businesses,” said Sam Johns, Director of Kynex.

“From broadband to phone systems, we have the expertise and technology to provide a seamless and efficient solution. Coupled with our account management service, Kynex allows businesses to prioritise what truly matters to them.”

Regarding the collaboration with Trinity Create, Sam expressed his satisfaction, stating: “Working with Trinity Create on this rebranding project and website launch has been an effortless experience.

“Their expertise and dedication to understanding our business goals and target audience were instrumental in bringing this project to fruition quickly. Trinity Create’s recommendation to implement Zoho CRM will undoubtedly streamline our operations and elevate our customer interactions to new heights.”
