A new luxury development for aspiring holiday homeowners has launched at Shorefield Country Park in Milford on Sea, just a short walk from the beach.
Jubilee Gardens features 30 fully furnished two- and three-bedroom lodges, each with its own double parking space and EV charging point.
On top of integrated kitchen appliances and private decking, owners can also choose from a variety of customisation options, including pergolas and smart outdoor kitchens.
They also have access to the various facilities at the country park, like The Beachcomber – a newly opened restaurant and leisure complex.
The development comes courtesy of Shorefield, which provides accommodation and holiday homes across Hampshire and the New Forest.
Since its founding in 1958 by Dr. Robert Pollock, the family-run business has grown to cater for 100,000 holidaymakers each year and more than 650 lodge and caravan owners.
And with his son Simon now at the helm as managing director, this latest development represents the next step in Shorefield’s growth.
Simon, pictured right, said: “As part of our ongoing investment program, we’re thrilled to officially open Jubilee Gardens.
“These very latest lodges offer plenty of space for couples and families to relax in beautiful surroundings, and the proximity to the beach makes the site the ideal place to enjoy the scenery of the south coast.
“The opening of Jubilee Gardens, as well as the work on our Swanage Coastal Park development, is indicative of our ambition to keep growing as a company, bringing visitors to the area to support the local economy, and strengthening our position as one of the biggest employers in the region.
“We’re first and foremost a family company who cares about preserving our incredible natural surroundings, and we are delighted that Jubilee Gardens will provide a picturesque setting for our new owners to create lifelong memories for the years to come.”
