A demonstration day is to be hosted by the University of Southampton’s tech startup accelerator.
The Future Worlds Demo Day on Wednesday June 12 is part of London Tech Week.
It’s a chance for the university’s very best startups to share their stories, pitch their ideas to investors and unveil the very latest ideas that are set to change the world – and for investors to get a first look at the latest emerging tech.
Future Worlds has an impressive track record of success, with three of their recent alumni listed on Forbes 30 under 30.
Their businesses have received awards and funding from prestigious investors, with over £55 million being raised since 2020.
The group of the university’s talent has been working closely together through the Future Worlds Cohort, an intensive programme accelerating startups.
Students and academics from the university have impressed the team at Future Worlds with their ground-breaking ideas in key sectors such as AI, SaaS, climatetech, healthtech, sustainability and AR/VR, gaining much attention from potential investors.
