Accountancy firm Azets, which has offices in Portsmouth, Havant, Southampton and Romsey in Hampshire, as well as Poole in Dorset, has announced a series of senior promotions.
These consist of three Partner promotions, and two Directors.
Jon, who joined as a trainee, now takes a seat at the top table.

Jon Brand
Jon Brand, who has been promoted to Partner, joined the Portsmouth office in 2008 as an Accounts Trainee before moving into the audit team.
He qualified as an Accounting Technician (AAT) in 2010 and as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2012. Jon became a Director in 2020.
Jon primarily provides audit and assurance services to a wide variety of owner managed SME clients, including construction, manufacturing, technology, and retail, with turnover ranging from under £10m to more than £200m.
These clients include UK based companies and groups, as well as UK subsidiaries of international groups. Jon also provides financial reporting technical advice to non-audit clients.
Tina’s decade-long service gets recognition

Tina Harris
Tina Harris, who has been made a Partner in Corporate Tax Advisory, also works from Azets’ Portsmouth office and has been with the firm for almost a decade.
She is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and supports clients with projects such as restructuring their business interests and helping them to identify and achieve their objectives.
She has a broad range of experience and also assists with valuation and expert witness assignments.
Experienced tax specialist Pik is promoted to Director

Pik Wong
Pik Wong, who has been promoted to Employment Tax Director, works from the Southampton office.
She joined Azets as an Employment Tax Manager in 2020 and has long experience as a tax specialist since 1997.
Winchester-based Dean makes Partner

Dean Weale
Dean Weale, who has been made Partner, joined the firm in 2019 as an Accountancy and Business Advisory Services (ABAS) director in the Winchester office.
He has more than 25 years’ experience servicing a mixed portfolio of individuals and SME businesses across all industry sectors.
Dean is keen to continue to build and develop on the already excellent ABAS services the firm currently offers and has a keen interest in business development where he enjoys being an active member of the Azets Solent Growth Hub.
Louis makes it two from the Winchester office

Louis Nutland
Louis Nutland, who has been promoted to Corporate Finance Director in Winchester, has been with Azets since 2015.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds the Corporate Finance (CF) qualification from the ICAEW.
Louis provides both buy and sell side advice, including disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, debt and equity fund raising, financial due diligence and valuations.
He has advised on deals covering a broad range of industries including technology, software, care, manufacturing, and transport.
