After three decades of business in the heart of Waterlooville, Amberley Jewellers have moved to open their second store in Hythe, Hampshire.
Wheeler & Lai Chartered Surveyors negotiated the new five-year lease on behalf of owner Lionel Webb, after identifying the site at 10–11 Marsh Parade as a potential candidate for expansion.

They also secured a renewal for the existing lease in Waterlooville, where Amberley Jewellers will continue to serve the local community.
Sau-Wan Lai, who oversaw the deal, said: “We were delighted to be able to assist Lionel again and secure a new double unit on Marsh Parade, a busy location close to Hythe Pier.
“We were able to act swiftly for our client, but also respond efficiently to the proposed landlord who was keen to progress once initial interest was made.”
Lionel is now looking forward to the grand opening of the new Hythe location.
He added: “We’d like to thank Sau-Wan for dealing with Hythe with speed and efficiency.
“She kept me up-to-date and responded quickly to questions, moving this along so we could be in before December.”
