Jim Viscardi, CCO at Symetrica.

Symetrica, a Southampton-based supplier of radiation detection systems, has a new chief commercial officer (CCO) in Jim Viscardi.
With an MBA from the University of Rochester, Jim began his commercial career in the safety and security industry at Smith’s Detection.
He joins from risk management technology firm Ava Group, where he was executive vice president for global security sales and marketing.
As a member of the global leadership team, Jim is now set to lead Symetrica’s commercial strategy and growth initiatives.
CEO Eric Zanin said: “Jim is a tremendous addition to our team.
“He brings years of security sector business experience and sales management to Symetrica.
“I look forward to working with him as we execute our growth strategy.”
