Paul Sams, head of property at Dutton Gregory, has released a new book in collaboration with fellow solicitor Rebecca East.
The second edition of ‘New Build Conveyancing, The Essential Guide’ covers all stages of the conveyancing process, from the basics to achieving completion.
With over 20 years of experience in property law Paul, who works in Dutton Gregory’s Winchester office, has a number of niche specialisms in leasehold enfranchise matters and equity release.
Rebecca is a practising solicitor at the firm’s Poole branch and covers all aspects of residential conveyancing, often dealing with new build purchases and equity release.
Released in April this year, ‘New Build Conveyancing, The Essential Guide’ is available for purchase on Amazon Marketplace.
Paul Sams, Head of Property at Dutton Gregory, said: “This book is aimed at property professionals who are seeking to learn more about conveyancing for new homes.
“Due to the impact of Covid 19 on the housing market, there has also been an increasing demand from owner occupiers and investors wanting to better understand the transactional process.

“New build conveyancing is different from buying and selling existing properties, and there are many factors and issues affecting a new home, which is outlined in the book.
“I am very pleased to see this second edition published, which takes account of the recent conclusion of Help to Buy and updates readers on a number of other new changes.”
