CMA Recruitment champions people development as 20-year veteran becomes Managing Director

Neil Phillips is taking the helm as Managing Director of CMA Recruitment Group following a long and dedicated tenure with the firm.

He transfers from his 12-year position as Operations Director to now oversee day-to-day operations at CMA’s Portsmouth office, offering guidance, direction and support to the management team.

Currently living just outside Chichester with his family, Neil enjoys mountain biking, paddle boarding and bouldering, and also serves as Governor at the local school.

In the new role he will continue to champion CMA as a people-first organisation with a strong track record in people development.

Case in point – recently appointed Director Mark Smith, who joined the board this January after making his start at the company as a trainee recruiter in 2007.

Speaking on his latest promotion, Neil said: “This really does demonstrate that CMA is a place where people can develop their skills, increase job satisfaction, build professional networks, gain recognition and credibility, and advance their careers.”
