CBRE and Hellier Langston have been appointed to market Arcadia House at Southampton’s Ocean Village.
The property has undergone significant refurbishment across its four floors over the past year to bring it up to an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainability.
Now available to let is a 1,929 sq ft suite is on the ground floor – the last available space in the building – which features open plan, flexible office space overlooking the marina.
The new tenant will join BDO, the main occupier of the building, and law firm Steele Raymond, which has opened a new office in Southampton.
Emma Lockey, director at CBRE Southampton, said: “Availability of high-quality office space with sustainability credentials in Southampton remains limited.
“Arcadia House is therefore an exciting opportunity which brings Grade A office space together with a beautiful marina location.
“With a great range of features, we foresee a high level of interest.”
Andy Goodridge of Forelle Estates said: “We’re delighted with the quality of refurbishment at Arcadia House.
“This has allowed BDO and Steele Raymond to provide their staff with the highest quality of space and an enviable working environment.
“The ESG credentials ensure both landlord and tenants are working towards the same end goals.”
Jason Webb of Hellier Langston added: “This office provides a rare opportunity to acquire a smaller suite while making a firm statement about the company’s commitment to staff wellbeing and ESG.
“The top floor was let before the commencement of marketing, and we expect similar interest in this last suite.”
