Aura Technology, a leading IT managed service provider based in Southampton, has announced a new phase of growth with Oxford-based claireLOGIC.

This partnership is set to enhance both companies’ technical expertise and drive growth into new markets.

With offices in Southampton and London, Aura has built a reputation as a major player in the region’s IT services sector, serving many local businesses with a team of over 100.

claireLOGIC, which operates across Oxfordshire and London, provides IT solutions for a range of industries.

Tim Walker, Founder and Managing Director of Aura, has served as Chairman of claireLOGIC for the last seven years. He said: “Over the past few years, we’ve noticed many similarities between our businesses. More recently, we’ve explored further collaboration opportunities, and this partnership feels like a natural step forward.”

Tim added that the alignment in strategy and mindset made the partnership a logical move for both companies: “It’s a significant milestone, and we are excited about the future.”

Andre Vaux, co-founder and Managing Director of claireLOGIC, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the strong synergy between the two businesses: “We’ve built a great relationship with Tim over the years, and both companies share a brighter future together. As the market evolves, we are looking forward to growing in new areas together.”

Andre further explained that the partnership allows the expanded Aura Group to strengthen its service offering: “With increased resources, we will continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.”

Tim reassured existing clients that they would see no change in the high-quality support they receive: “Our services and commitment remain unwavering. This is an exciting chapter for both Aura Technology and claireLOGIC.”
